Your dog's personalised feeding plan determines how often a new box of food needs to be delivered - we don’t just send a box of dog food to your house every week or month like other subscriptions. To ensure that your deliveries arrive at the right time please stick to the feeding plan, and be sure to update your dog's profile regularly or contact us if something doesn't seem quite right.
We will send you a reminder that your order is due to dispatch 8 days in advance of your next order, this gives you three days to make any changes and then we will charge your credit card and send your bag 5 days before you are due to run out to make sure it arrives just in time.
